Alianait Arts Festival is a world famous festival organized by the Nunavut communities which attracts the visitors from all over the world. The Alianait Arts Festival provides a platform to the artists to meet and associate each other, learn marketing skills and new techniques and exhibit and sell work.

Approximately 40 to 50 artists come to attend a number of workshops, demonstrations, seminars and a forum on the arts every year. Alianait programming includes art, music, film, storytelling, circus arts, dance and theatre.
