Festival Grand Rire de Quebec is a unique festival of laughters and humor. For about a month giggling can be heard throughout the city in all its various forms: from indoor shows to major outdoor events, several comedy acts and a theatre feature at the Agora du Vieux-Port, improv in the courtyard of the Seminary of Québec and street entertainment.

Some of the theatres that will host Festival events include: the Grand Theatre de Quebec, the Imperial de Quebec and the Salle Albert-Rousseau. Outdoor activities are located primarily at the Agora Port de Québec and in the Old Quebec.
