Thunder Bay Dragon Boat Race Festival is directed by the drumbeat that is a summer fundraising event that intends to promote community spirit, vitality and unity.

Dragon boaters paddle in unison, skimming over the waters of Boulevard Lake which is wonderful attraction for the visitors.

The festival is a great mixture of competition and good old fun which is held with the partnership of Canadian Mental Health Association, Thunder Bay, Catholic Family Development Centre of Thunder Bay and St. Joseph's Foundation of Thunder Bay.
