Trethewey House Heritage Site & Matsqui-Sumas-Abbotsford (MSA) Museum was built by Baron J.O. Tretheway that has been restored to 1925 with period rooms.

Matsqui-Sumas-Abbotsford (MSA) Museum demonstrates exhibitions that tell the story of the first (the Sto:lo people) and subsequent peoples to pioneer the land.

Trethewey House Heritage Site & Matsqui-Sumas-Abbotsford (MSA) Museum also features period gardens and a heritage habitat garden.
