Regina: Introduction

Regina is the capital of the province of Saskatchewan, Canada. The city is the second largest in the province after Saskatoon. Regina is a cultural and commercial city for southern Saskatchewan. Regina is Canada's 18th-largest metropolitan area by population. The great source of Regina’s economy is based on oil and natural gas, potash, sodium sulphate, etc.

The Wascana Centre is located in Regina which is one of North America's largest urban parks. The Wascana Centre attracts visitors by offering an expansive lake, several parks, a number of historical sites, a network of walking paths and the remarkable Royal Saskatchewan Museum. Moreover several golf courses are situated in Regina.
